In the city, many designs are developed on smaller lots, yet clients may require some of the features found in the larger suburban setting. Each homeowner will set up a personal list of design elements, and the designer has the task of making it happen in the space available. Here is such a design started in the early development phase of a cleared site in town. In this setting the homeowners were able to interact with designer and builder from the very beginning, creating their dream home by selecting the right materials for the desired affect.
