"I Found Paul In 2011 By Accident looking for a solution to my drainage issue. I live on culdesac and towards end of hill. My neighbor 's house sits higher than mine. Every time we would have 1-2 inches of rain would turn to 10-12 in my backyard, down through my walkout basement and inside. I had Holland House come in 2009-2010 and they did french drains without any results. Paul came out, actually surveyed, re-grated, fixed the additional problems Holland House had created. Used what was there and added more drains. He did all of this in 2011 and I have not had one drop of water in my basement at all even with the heaviest downpours!! The work is wonderful, beautiful and functional. Even though outside work is never guaranteed, Paul will make sure its done right and will work for a very long time. In 2015 I wanted to get rid of my above ground pool in backyard. I didn't think twice about who to call. Did not waste time getting other estimates because they just come out and eyeball everything, don't actually survey the land for good results. He grated the yard to work with prior drainage system. It all flows flawlessly. He made a nice firepit area, landscaped everything with beautiful plants that will grow in my yard. Bonus he is an expert in horticulture also. Don't waste your money and go with someone else, you will eventually have to spend it again to get it done right! Wish I had found him the first time, would of saved me 5,000.00$ Water drainage is very important, can do great damage in short amount of time. I am so thankful to him. I get so many compliments on the beauty of it, little do they know its all about the bigger picture(drainage) I give him 100 stars."
